RPS18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS18-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, Ku80, and Notch1. Each is linked with RPS18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS18-to-partner and partner-to-RPS18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP2 grouped by RPS18-low versus RPS18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS18→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
