Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,696 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular transport, Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with RPS18 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS18-to-partner and partner-to-RPS18 results are reported.
