The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RPS17 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and COAD are the cancer types where RPS17 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
