Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS16P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,256 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS16P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP250_S1295, GBF1_S233, and SPAG1_S418. Each is linked with RPS16P5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS16P5-to-partner and partner-to-RPS16P5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
