Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS16P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,455 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS16P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to muscle activity, Positive regulation of apoptotic process involved in development, and Positive regulation of apoptotic process involved in morphogenesis. Each is linked with RPS16P2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS16P2-to-partner and partner-to-RPS16P2 results are reported.
