Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, TSC1, and c-Jun_pS73. Each is linked with RPS16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS16-to-partner and partner-to-RPS16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by RPS16-low versus RPS16-high in UCEC.
