Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,108 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Respiratory chain complex II assembly, and Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex II assembly. Each is linked with RPS16 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS16-to-partner and partner-to-RPS16 results are reported.
