Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS15AP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,827 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS15AP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, and Negative regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with RPS15AP6 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS15AP6-to-partner and partner-to-RPS15AP6 results are reported.
