Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPS15AP17 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPS15AP17 expression is associated with patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPS15AP17 is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, RPS15AP17 RNA expression shows 12,583 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight THCA, COAD, and THYM as cancer lineages where RPS15AP17 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
