Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS15A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPS15A data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RPS15A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS15A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and SARC are the cancer types where RPS15A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
