RPS15A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS15A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,699 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS15A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOP58, PARN, and NOP56. Each is linked with RPS15A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS15A-to-partner and partner-to-RPS15A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS15A versus NOP58 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS15A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS15A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
