Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPS15 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RPS15 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and UCEC are the cancer types where RPS15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
