Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,739 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPM, LMNB2, and DDX39A. Each is linked with RPS15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS15-to-partner and partner-to-RPS15 results are reported.
