Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,212 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS15-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR2, MIR223HG, and GPIHBP1. Each is linked with RPS15 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS15-to-partner and partner-to-RPS15 results are reported.
