Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-374P, RN7SL339P, and RNU6-764P. Each is linked with RPS15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS15-to-partner and partner-to-RPS15 results are reported.
