Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,397 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasm protein quality control by the ubiquitin-proteasome system, Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, and Electron transport coupled proton transport. Each is linked with RPS15 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS15-to-partner and partner-to-RPS15 results are reported.
