RPS14P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS14P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,867 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS14P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAGLN2, PLOD3, and TPM4. Each is linked with RPS14P4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS14P4-to-partner and partner-to-RPS14P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS14P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS14P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
