Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 122 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1213P, RPL23AP90, and RNU4-5P. Each is linked with RPS14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS14-to-partner and partner-to-RPS14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1213P grouped by RPS14-low versus RPS14-high in UCEC.
