RPS13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,132 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C11orf58, RRBP1, and CARD9_S460. Each is linked with RPS13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS13-to-partner and partner-to-RPS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS13 versus C11orf58 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
