RPS13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02336, RN7SKP290, and MRPL57P3. Each is linked with RPS13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS13-to-partner and partner-to-RPS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02336 grouped by RPS13-low versus RPS13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
