Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS12P26 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS12P26 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RPS12P26 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS12P26 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LGG show a favorable association.
KICH, UCS, and LIHC are the cancer types where RPS12P26 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
