Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS12P20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,255 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS12P20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC16A1, MAST4_S1523, and MAST4_S156. Each is linked with RPS12P20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS12P20-to-partner and partner-to-RPS12P20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS12P20 versus SLC16A1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
