RPS12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,176 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PREP, MDN1_T4898, and MAP3K4. Each is linked with RPS12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS12-to-partner and partner-to-RPS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS12 versus PREP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
