Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS11P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,156 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS11P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Mitochondrial translation, and [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly. Each is linked with RPS11P7 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS11P7-to-partner and partner-to-RPS11P7 results are reported.
