Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPS11 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPS11 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RPS11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
