RPS11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,239 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF787, TRIM28, and PRMT1. Each is linked with RPS11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS11-to-partner and partner-to-RPS11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS11 versus ZNF787 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
