Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,368 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS11-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM144, LRRC37A16P, and N4BP2L1. Each is linked with RPS11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS11-to-partner and partner-to-RPS11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS11 versus TMEM144 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
