Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,831 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actomyosin contractile ring organization, Assembly of actomyosin apparatus involved in cytokinesis, and Actomyosin contractile ring assembly. Each is linked with RPS11 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS11-to-partner and partner-to-RPS11 results are reported.
