The most reproducible RPS11-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTNL2 and OR12D2. Each is linked with RPS11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS11-to-partner and partner-to-RPS11 results are reported.
