RPS10P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS10P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,010 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS10P5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM110A, RPL10AP2, and RPL7AP66. Each is linked with RPS10P5 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS10P5-to-partner and partner-to-RPS10P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS10P5 versus FAM110A in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS10P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS10P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
