RPS10P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS10P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,137 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS10P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translation, Mitochondrial gene expression, and Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly. Each is linked with RPS10P5 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS10P5-to-partner and partner-to-RPS10P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial translation grouped by RPS10P5-low versus RPS10P5-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS10P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS10P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
