Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS10P5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,127 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS10P5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD2, ASAP3, and NT5C. Each is linked with RPS10P5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS10P5-to-partner and partner-to-RPS10P5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS10P5 versus SNRPD2 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS10P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS10P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
