Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS10P14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS10P14 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RPS10P14 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS10P14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LUSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, KIRC, and LUSC are the cancer types where RPS10P14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
