Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,932 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOC4L, NUP93, and UTP15. Each is linked with RPS10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS10-to-partner and partner-to-RPS10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS10 versus NOC4L in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
