Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,176 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPP4, SCN7A, and DPP4-DT. Each is linked with RPS10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS10-to-partner and partner-to-RPS10 results are reported.
