Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,806 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid metabolic process, Regulation of pigment cell differentiation, and Positive regulation of pigment cell differentiation. Each is linked with RPS10 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS10-to-partner and partner-to-RPS10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Glycerophospholipid metabolic process grouped by RPS10-low versus RPS10-high in BREAST.
