Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPRML RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,619 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPRML-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GCC2, YIF1A, and CACNA2D1. Each is linked with RPRML in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPRML-to-partner and partner-to-RPRML results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPRML versus GCC2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPRML→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPRML) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
