Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPRML mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPRML-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTH, OR52K2, and OR14A16. Each is linked with RPRML in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPRML-to-partner and partner-to-RPRML results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTH grouped by RPRML-low versus RPRML-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPRML→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPRML) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
