Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPRD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPRD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and PREX1. Each is linked with RPRD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPRD2-to-partner and partner-to-RPRD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by RPRD2-low versus RPRD2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
