RPRD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPRD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 203 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPRD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKCQ, ZNF723, and OTOR. Each is linked with RPRD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPRD2-to-partner and partner-to-RPRD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRKCQ grouped by RPRD2-low versus RPRD2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
