The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RPRD1A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPRD1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, THCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where RPRD1A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
