RPRD1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPRD1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,784 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPRD1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, ZNF24, and SMAD2. Each is linked with RPRD1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPRD1A-to-partner and partner-to-RPRD1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPRD1A versus SMAD4 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPRD1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPRD1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
