Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPRD1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,751 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPRD1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYM, ZNF24, and ZNF397. Each is linked with RPRD1A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPRD1A-to-partner and partner-to-RPRD1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPRD1A versus DYM in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPRD1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPRD1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
