Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPRD1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPRD1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha_pS118, GAPDH, and ACC1. Each is linked with RPRD1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPRD1A-to-partner and partner-to-RPRD1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ER-alpha_pS118 grouped by RPRD1A-low versus RPRD1A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPRD1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPRD1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
