RPP30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,703 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP30-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRA10AC1, CWF19L1, and EXOSC1. Each is linked with RPP30 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP30-to-partner and partner-to-RPP30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPP30 versus FRA10AC1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP30→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
