RPP30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,045 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCMBP, WAPL, and CWF19L1. Each is linked with RPP30 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP30-to-partner and partner-to-RPP30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPP30 versus MCMBP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP30→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
