Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP30 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,993 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPP30-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPF, NUF2, and TPX2. Each is linked with RPP30 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP30-to-partner and partner-to-RPP30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPP30 versus CENPF in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP30→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
