Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPP30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,372 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP30-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle elongation, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, and Regulation of chromosome separation. Each is linked with RPP30 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP30-to-partner and partner-to-RPP30 results are reported.
