Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPP25L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPP25L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RPP25L Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPP25L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where RPP25L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
