Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPP25L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPP25L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RPP25L mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPP25L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and CCRCC show a favorable association.

LUAD, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where RPP25L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
